Who we are

AcreGate Realty sells land and plots around Siliguri and North Bengal. Our address is Hill Cart Road, Siliguri. You can reach us at acregate.realty@gmail.com or on +91 77970 92796.

What we collect

When you ask for a call back on this website we collect your mobile number, your name if you choose to give it, the area you asked about, the page you were on, and the page or ad that sent you here.

If you fill in a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta collects what is in that form and passes it to us. Meta handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.

If you message or call us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see your number and what you tell us. We do not ask for bank, card or identity details on this website.

How we use it

We use your details to call or message you about plots, to arrange a site visit, and to see which of our ads and pages bring people to us. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other businesses for their own marketing.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Enquiries are saved in a private Google Sheet and emailed to the AcreGate team. Only people at AcreGate who follow up enquiries can see them. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Google and Cloudflare process data for us as service providers.

Browser storage and fonts

If you arrive from an ad, the site keeps the ad's tracking tags in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that we know which ad helped. We do not set tracking cookies of our own. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email acregate.realty@gmail.com and we will reply and act on it. We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to follow up.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the date above.
